Ergosoft Helpcenter

For users who only have a quick question now and then, we recommend the comprehensive knowledge base.

If a question remains unanswered, Ergosoft will gladly answer your ticket via mail and as quickly as possible. For users with an active maintenance program, personal support is free. Users without an active maintenance program can join the program again or access personal support for an incident based fee.

About the Ergosoft Helpcenter:
  • The Ergosoft Helpcenter is a separate, web-based service feature.
  • The Ergosoft Helpcenter offers access to the Knowledge Database and a support ticket form to all Ergosoft users.
  • Ergosoft Partners can request a separate account for the Helpcenter to access archived tickets and share tickets across their organization. Please contact Ergosoft.
